Initial screening
Applications for a role are assessed on individual merits ,qualifications, legibility to work in the UK ,for nurses up to fate registration with NMC, up to dated indemnity as required by nurses code of conduct,experience and desire to do the best.Through personal contact on this initial stage we either accept or reject the application .Our recruitment standards only ensure we employ people who are compassionate in their approach and care for the well being of our clients.
Face to face interview
Face to face interview gives an applicant the opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge, skills and passion for care.Registered nurses go through drug calculation test as well as NMC registration check mandatory training if still up to date. Everyone receive company induction prior to start work for Care Promotion agency and those who work with a client with complex needs are introduce to client’s care plan by existing staff.
References
Every Care Promotion candidate has to go through CRB check and must provide references from previous employment to make sure they are employable. We look into previous working records and recommendations about the candidate. We also check if all our candidates have up to date certificate for mandatory training to complete the process.
